The director of everything from “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” to “10” and “Victor/Victoria” and all the “Pink Panther” comedies is profiled on the latest “American Masters” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings). 

But while “Blake Edwards: A Love Story in 24 Frames” benefits from the participation of his second wife Julie Andrews, it also is held back a bit by it, skimming the surface of a long career, where home movies don’t prove more interesting than the things he was directing. Among the interviewees are

The ever-entertaining “Only Murders in the Building” (Hulu, streaming) returns for a fourth season, with the action moving way outside the building — in Los Angeles. Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez are joined by a boatload of guest stars including not only Meryl Streep, returning from last season, but Zach Galifianakis, Eugene Levy, Eva Longoria, Richard Kind, Jane Lynch, Melissa McCarthy, Kumail Nanjiani, Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Molly Shannon. Everyone seems to want to get in on the fun.

The actor returns to his standup comedy skills in the new special “Adam Sandler: Love You” (Netflix, streaming), directed by Josh Sadie.

Voting systems across the country are explored in the special “Counting the Vote: A Firing Line Special with Margaret Hoover” (PBS, 9:30 p.m., check local listings).

Two additional hours of “The Bachelorette” (ABC, 8 p.m.) this week involves the “men tell all” episode before next week’s finale. 

A season finale comes for “Unexpected” (TLC, 9 p.m.) just in time for for Lilly and Lawrence to tie the knot.

“America’s Got Talent” (NBC, 8 p.m.) continues quarterfinals, with 11 acts performing for audience votes. 

The latest chapter of the sports documentary series “Untold” (Netflix, streaming) tells of the Michigan sign-stealing scandal that hit college football last season. 

A new series “Horror’s Greatest” (Shudder, streaming) devotes itself to the best of the genre. 

Game shows tonight include “Beat Shazam” (Fox, 8 p.m.) and “The Quiz with Balls” (Fox, 9 p.m.) and “Lucky 13” (ABC, 10 p.m.). And there’s a rerun of “Password” (NBC, 10 p.m.).

“The Real Housewives of Dubai” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) aren’t entirely keen on Lesa’s new skincare line.

Storms get bad on “Deadliest Catch” (Discovery, 8 p.m.). 

The Bears on “Hard Knocks: Training Camp” (HBO, 9 p.m.) are not to be confused with the monkeys on “Chimp Crazy” (HBO, 10 p.m.).

“The Surreal Life” (MTV, 9 p.m.) is transported to a Colombian community. 

Zell has some explaining to do on “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” (MTV, 8 p.m.). 

On “My Big Fat Fabulous Life” (TLC, 9 p.m.), a matchmaker urges Whitney to meet men in person.
