The newest spinoff of “The Big Bang Theory” franchise, from the prequel “Young Sheldon,” concerns Sheldon’s big brother as he settles down with his girlfriend Mandy McAllister. Montana Jordan and Emily Osment continue roles they began on “Young Sheldon” in “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage” (CBS, 8 p.m.) which, like the earlier series, is produced by Chuck Lorre. With Montana’s twang it seems to be the rare CBS sitcom in a long time to bring back the rural tone that flourished with “The Beverly Hillbillies” and “Green Acres.”  And that cynical title? Well Georgie’s character admitted in “Big Bang” season 12 he’d been divorced twice.
