A performance of the musical “Next to Normal” begins a month of musicals on “Great Performances” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings). Caissie Levy stars in the production directed by Michael Longhurst from London’s Donmar Warehouse.

The new documentary “A Deadly American Marriage” (Netflix, streaming) recounts a domestic murder of an Irish man in North Carolina in 2015.

Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman return to their motorcycles to tour Europe in a new season of “Long Way Home” (Apple TV+, streaming).

“Gold Rush: Mine Rescue with Freddy & Juan” (Discovery, 9 p.m.) returns for a new season, helping others, starting with a site in the Cascades. 

Edible candy crafts for kids are pitched on “Shark Tank” (ABC, 8 p.m.). 

“Hollywood Squares” (CBS, 8 p.m.) wraps its first season.

Hondo’s cousin goes AWOL on “S.W.A.T.” (CBS, 9 p.m.).
