The second reunion episode of “Love and Marriage: Huntsville” (OWN, 8 p.m.) represents its 11th season finale.
The 2021 true-crime series “Liverpool Narcos” (National Geographic, 9 p.m.) gets another life, starting with the rise of heroin there in the 1980s.
