The shifting hues of the Lincoln Memorial Reflection Pool caused by the meddling megalomaniac at the White House inspired a lot of today’s Capital Radio. So there were a lot of songs about all things green before a few songs about reflections and another bunch about pools in general.

Started with a half dozen songs about July and reserved time for a half dozen songs from Roger McGuinn, turning 84. There were also birthdays for Leon Bridges and Gerald Levert, among others, and paused to remember recent passings from of Bonnie Tyler, Bruce Tull of Scud Mountain Boys and Beaky from Dave Dee, Dozy, beaky, Mick & Tich.

Here’s the archive of the show, in three parts, followed by the setlist.
