The second season of “CMT Storytellers” (CMT, ) begins with Kelsea Ballerini, telling stories of her hits from “Peter Pan” to “Miss Me More.” 

Patrick Stewart returns for the third and final season in the title role of the series spinoff “Star Trek: Picard” (Paramount+, streaming). Also returning are LeVar Burton, Michael Dorn, Jeri Ryan and Michelle Hurt. 

The sitcom “The Upshaws” (Netflix, streaming) returns for a new season, with Mike Epps, Kim fields and Wanda Sykes. 

A fourth season comes for the crime drama “Double Cross” (ALLBLK, streaming), which comes the same day as the series finale of the soap “A House Divided” (ALLBLK, streaming). 

“The Witch: Part 2: The Other One” (Shudder, streaming) is Park Hoon-Jung’s sequel to his 2018 “The Witch Part One” (Shudder, streaming). 

A family is given the award of Most Effective parenting on the season finale of “The Parent Test” (ABC, 8 and 9 p.m.). 

“Next Level Chef” (Fox, 8 p.m.) had a huge audience of 15 million in its premiere Sunday. On the other hand, it was down about 100 million from its lead-in, the Super Bowl.
