The latest “Star Wars” iteration is a series based on the horned Togruta warrior  “Ahsoka” (Disney+, streaming). First seen in the animated “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” she’s been played by Rosario Dawson when popping up in various episodes “The Mandalorian” and “The Book of Boba Fett.” Her adventures in this new series will occur in the realm of “The Mandalorian” set several years after “Return of the Jedi.” 

 The third season finale of “Untold” (Netflix, streaming) takes four episodes to examine the Florida Gator football team from 2005-2010 under the reign of coach Urban Meyer.
