This Woman’s Place is in the House” shows how she helped open doors for women in politics, from Hillary Clinton to Nancy Pelosi, who are both interviewed, as well as Barbra Streisand, Gloria Steinem, Marlo Thomas and Shirley MacLaine. 

March Madness tiptoes in with the men’s NCAA basketball tournament First Four play-in games of UMBC vs. Howard (truTV, 6:40 p.m.) and Texas vs. NC State (truTV, 9:15 p.m.).

The World Baseball Classic final has United States vs. Venezuela (Fox, 8 p.m.). Winner gets Maduro?

“R.J. Decker” (ABC, 10 p.m.) is enlisted to investigate the disappearance of a rehab tycoon’s son. 

A retired astronaut is murdered on “High Potential” (ABC, 9 p.m.). 

“Will Trent” (ABC, 8 p.m.) travels to Puerto Rico when he hears his uncle may have been murdered.

There’s a spin the bottle game at the “Summer House” (Bravo, 8 p.m.).

“NCIS” (CBS, 8 p.m.) investigates the murder of a drone pilot; Gibbs meets with an old nemesis on “NCIS: Origins” (CBS, 9 p.m.); and an officer and impending father is killed on “NCIS: Sydney” (CBS, 10 p.m.). 

“Chopped” (Food, 9 p.m.) begins a new season, but how could it possibly be their 64th? 

Near-miss nuclear strikes may not be the most reassuring thing to be watching right now. But it begins a second season of “Secrets Declassified with David Duchovny” (History, 10 p.m.). 

“7 Little Johnstons” (TLC, 9 p.m.) returns for a 17th season, all excited about Liz and Bruce’s engagement.

The Irish-American leading man George Brent, who often starred opposite Bette Davis, is star of what’s left of the month on Turner Classic Movies.
