Days after he completed his run on “No Reservations” and weeks before he starts a new show on CNN, Anthony Bourdain appears in a third show, this one with Momofuku Chef David Chang, pictured right.

Like Bourdain’s other show, this one follows Chang indulging in food, travel and more drinking than one usually sees on public television.

It’s not clear how much faith they have in
“The Mind of a Chef” (PBS, 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30 p.m.), as they seem to play all the episodes at once.
Another chef on the case tonight is Gordon Ramsay, trying to turn around an Italian place in Brooklyn on “Kitchen Nightmares” (Fox, 8 p.m.).
The post-election special on “Real Time with Bill Maher” (HBO, 10 p.m.) features Mason Tvert, James Carville, S.E. Cupp, Andrew Sullivan and Samuel L. Jackson.
Now that the election is over can we reconsider Clint Eastwood and his early Man with No Name films? Tonight three of them play: “A Fistful of Dollars” (TCM, 8 p.m.), “For a Few Dollars More” (TCM, 9:45 p.m.) and “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” (TCM, midnight).
Talk about mean girls: The made-for-TV movie “Teenage Bank Heist” (Lifetime Movie Channel, 8 p.m.) is about a gang of girls who rob a bank and take the branch manager’s teenage daughter hostage. With Maeve Quinlin, Abbie Cobb, Rosa Blasi and Cassi Thomson.
“SEAL Team Six: The Raid on Osama bin Laden” (National Geographic, 8 p.m.) was one of the highest rated programs on the network for years when it premiered Sunday. And you can plainly see what effect it had on the election.
With all the prospecting being done on Discovery Channel on Friday nights, you’d think they could pay for better entertainment. Instead, it’s two episodes of “Gold Rush” (Discovery, 8 and 9 p.m.) and one of “Jungle Gold” (Discovery, 10 p.m.).
Reba considers dating on the second episode of “Malibu Country” (ABC, 8:30 p.m.).
Sandy seems to have delayed the Halloween episode of “Blue Bloods” (CBS, 10 p.m.) as well.
Rogue dodgeball is happening on “Last Man Standing” (ABC, 8 p.m.).
The contestants go riding horses on Jamaican beach on “America’s Next Top Model” (The CW, 8 p.m.) for a tourism commercial.
Walter goes through the looking glass again on “Fringe” (Fox, 9 p.m.).
Charles Kelley of Lady Antebellum looks to build his own space on a new “Man Caves” (DIY, 10 p.m.).
College basketball gets under way across the country and abroad as well. Games include Michigan State vs. Connecticut (ESPN, 5:30 p.m.) from Ramstein Air Base in Germany, Ohio State vs. Marquette (NBC Sports, 7 p.m.), Georgia State at Duke (ESPNU,7 p.m.), Maryland vs. Kentucky (ESPN, 8:30 p.m.). South Dakota State at Alabama (ESPNU, 9 p.m.) and Georgetown vs. Florida (NBC Sports, 9 p.m.).
In women’s college basketball, it’s Notre Dame vs. Ohio State (NBC Sports, 4 p.m.).
There’s still college football, though, with Pittsburgh at Connecticut (ESPN, 8 p.m.).
In NBA action, it’s Houston at Memphis (NBS, 8 p.m.) and Utah at Denver (ESPN, 10:30 p.m.).
