The new movie “Ghosts of Christmas Past” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) doesn’t follow Dickens’ Scrooge tale. Instead, a woman who has “ghosted” a number of past dates has to make amends with them before Christmas Eve. Annie Clark stars. 

Elsewhere, the movie “A Christmas Stray” (OWN, 9 p.m.), an exec stranded in a small town finds the dog that ran him off the road and falls for the local veterinarian. It features Andra Fuller and Rhyon Nicole Brown.
