Season three of “Outer Banks” (Netflix, streaming) begins even further out to sea — on a desert island. 

A second season begins for the rebooted “Fresh Prince” as a drama, “Bel-Air” (Peacock, streaming). 

Ellen Pompeo turns in one of her final performances on “Grey’s Anatomy” (ABC, 9 p.m.), which returns, accompanied by the fire drama “Station 19” (ABC, 8 p.m.).

“Animal Control” (Fox, 9 p.m.) garnered about 2.1 million viewers for its debut last week, but adding those who saw it on streaming outlets like Hulu, it grew to 4.5 million, making it the network’s most streamed scripted debut ever.
