Then in a season marred by “Try That in a Small Town,” Capital radio offered some better songs about small towns from Marah, the Waco Brothers, the Go-Go’s, and of course John Mellencamp.
Then some songs of the city from acts that include The Jam, Steve Earle, Stevie Wonder and Nick Lowe.
