The appetite for true crime documentary series means there will be shows about cases few know about, but an assurance that the best known cases will be covered again. That’s the case with “Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey” (Netflix, streaming), about the 1996 murder of a six-year-old pageant queen in Boulder, Colo., that’s never really gone away — or solved. The three episode series shows how aggressive the police accusations have been against father John Ramsey, who is one of the main interviewees (his wife Patsy died in 2006). Still, it’s all very compelling, especially since it remains a mystery.
