“Whitney Houston & Bobbi Kristina: Didn’t We Almost Have It All” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) is a two hour documentary on the double tragedy of the mother and daughter. It’s followed by the 2015 film “Whitney” (Lifetime, 10 p.m.).
