The effort to end the Russian invasion that has been taking place for more than five months reaches the telethon stage with the telecast of “Ukraine: Answering the Call” (NBC, MSNBC, CNBC, 7 p.m.), an hour long special featuring no less than Paul McCartney, Billie Eilish, Sheryl Crow, Alicia Keys, Jon Batiste, Brandi Carlile, Kristen Bell, Brian Cox, Jeff Daniels, Vera Farmiga, Lena Headey, Julianne Moore, Brad Paisley and Rosie Perez among others, taking calls, raising funds and educating. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky will also address the audience. Donations will go to the International Rescue Committee.
