“Expedition Unknown” (Discovery, 8 p.m.) returns for an 11th season, with host Josh Gates in Poland exploring a newly discovered Nazi tunnel in an extinct volcano. It’s followed by the fifth season premieres of the spinoff “Expedition X” (Discovery, 9 p.m.) and his talk show, “Josh Gates Tonight” (Discovery, 10 p.m.). 

Gordon Ramsay welcomes back 20 past contestants to try again on the 12th season premiere of “MasterChef” (Fox, 8 p.m.). 

“Chicago Med” (NBC, 8 p.m.) has its seventh season finale; “Chicago Fire” (NBC, 9 p.m.) has its 10th season finale, and “Chicago P.D.” (NBC, 10 p.m.) wraps up its ninth season.
